Common questions
Which iPhone or iPad can run Trust?
Trust requires iOS 26 or later, on iPhone or iPad.
Where do I see a document that expires soon?
Open Home and look under Upcoming for Document Expires Soon. You can also open My Documents and tap Expires Soon, or open All Documents and use the Expires Soon section.
What choices do I get when I remove a document?
Tap Remove Document. Trust asks if you want to remove it. Tap Archive to keep a copy, or Delete to erase it.
What happens to the old document when I renew?
Trust archives the old version automatically so you can refer to it later. You then add the new images and renewal date.
How many alerts can I set on one document?
Two: Alert and Second Alert. Times run from the day of expiration out to six months before, or you can choose None.
What does Delete Local Data do?
It removes all documents from this device. The action cannot be undone. Trust asks you to tap Cancel or Delete before it proceeds.
