Terms of Service

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Who we are

Trust is an iOS application and website (gettrustapp.com) operated by VectorCare, Inc. ("VectorCare," "we," "us"). These terms govern your use of the Trust app and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading the app or using the site, you agree to them.

What the Service is

Trust is a credential wallet. It stores your professional licenses and certifications on your device, tracks their expiration dates, sends you renewal reminders, and lets you share credentials as PDFs when you choose to. The website publishes informational guides about license renewal requirements and practice quizzes.

Your data stays on your device

Credential data you add to Trust is stored on your device, protected by your device's authentication. We do not operate a server that holds your credentials, and we cannot access, recover, or restore them. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your data is gone. How we handle the limited data we do receive is described in our Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own credential management. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, except where law permits regardless of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the credential information you enter, for maintaining your own licenses and certifications, and for meeting your regulators' deadlines. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. A missed notification — whatever the cause — does not shift your renewal obligations to us. You are also responsible for anything you do with credentials you export or share from the app, and for keeping your device authentication (Face ID or your Passkey) secure.

Not professional or legal advice

Renewal guides and practice quizzes on this site summarize requirements and material published by licensing boards and certifying bodies, and are checked against primary sources, but boards change fees, hours, and deadlines without notice. The guides are informational. Verify current requirements with your board before relying on them. Quiz results do not predict exam outcomes. Nothing in the Service is legal, career, or compliance advice.

Third-party links

The Service links to licensing boards, renewal portals, and other third-party sites. When you tap a renewal link, the transaction happens on the regulator's site, not ours. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, text, graphics, and software — belongs to VectorCare, Inc. or its licensors. Your credential data belongs to you.

Apple App Store terms

These terms are between you and VectorCare, Inc., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. To the extent required, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorCare, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost income, lost licenses, missed renewal deadlines, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed fifty dollars (US $50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VectorCare, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll post the updated terms here with a new "Last updated" date at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
