What makes Trust different

Three things, no asterisks.

01 / 03

On your device, not on our server.

Your credentials live on your phone. Face ID and Passkeys protect them. We never see them. Delete the app and the data is gone with it. Privacy isn't a feature — it's the absence of risk.

02 / 03

Built for the way clinicians actually work.

Renewal reminders calibrated to each regulator's calendar — 90, 60, 30, and 7 days out. Multi-state, multi-credential, multi-employer. The realities of compact licenses and reciprocity, accounted for.

03 / 03

Free. No accounts. No employer logins.

Install and start adding credentials in under a minute. Nothing to subscribe to, nothing to forget. The wallet should work the way a wallet works — you open it, your stuff is there.

Trusted by clinicians across every state.

Nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals rely on Trust to keep their credentials in order.

How it works

Three steps. The rest is on autopilot.

01

Add a credential.

Tap “+”, scan or type in your license number, issue date, and expiration. Trust stores it on your phone — and only on your phone.

Takes about 30 seconds.

02

Get reminded — on time, not too early, never too late.

90 days out: a heads-up. 60 days out: the renewal portal link, prefilled. 30 and 7 days out: stronger reminders so the deadline doesn't sneak up.

Calibrated to your board's actual renewal window.

03

Share when someone asks.

Two taps to generate a PDF and send it via Messages, Mail, or AirDrop. No portals to log into. No tracking pixels. Just the document.

Yours to share, on your terms.

Every credential, not just the common ones

If a healthcare regulator issues it, Trust stores it.

From your primary state license to the niche specialty cert you renewed once and forgot about — Trust holds them all. Templated where the format is standard. Customizable when it isn't.

The privacy story

The safest data is the data we never had.

Most apps that store your credentials store them on their servers — because that's how apps usually work. Trust doesn't. Every credential you add lives in your phone's encrypted local store, locked behind Face ID or Passkeys. There is no Trust account database to breach. There is no employer dashboard reading over your shoulder. If our company disappeared tomorrow, your data wouldn't.

We made this choice deliberately. A cloud database would let us build social features, leaderboards, employer dashboards, and a much bigger business. We don't want any of those things. The wallet has one job: hold your credentials so you can use them. The simplest privacy posture is the one where the data was never collected in the first place.

For all of the licenses and other documents and IDs, and insurance cards I need to carry for both work and personal reasons leaves me worried about loosing my wallet and essentially loosing my "life". With the need to prove various certifications and stuff of that nature I found this app, and I am not disappointed. By far my favorite feature are the notifications you can set for when your documents are about to expire. Trust has been a life saver.

This app is really easy to use and it's super helpful to keep all of my licenses and credentials in place for work. I also like that you can export any number of credentials into a pdf to send to people, like a mini resume-generator. Overall I'm really happy with the app and helps me stay organized at work.

This is definitely something that every physician needs to have in their life. I can never keep track of the dozen merit badge courses and licenses and board certs that I'm required to maintain. So glad that I can now keep them in one handy place, that never leaves my side, and will send me the reminders with enough warning to never let anything lapse.
