What Rounds is
Rounds is a free daily clinical scenario game for nurses, paramedics, EMTs, and allied health clinicians. Each day brings one NCLEX-style question — the same one for every player — that takes about 30 seconds. You answer once, read the rationale and its published source, and keep your streak going. There is no account, no signup, and no server-side record: your streak and stats live only in your own browser. Rounds is practice, not an accredited course, and it does not award CE credit.

What is Rounds?
Rounds is a free daily clinical scenario game from Trust. Every day there is one NCLEX-style question — the same question for every player — that takes about 30 seconds. You answer once, read the rationale and its source, and keep your streak.
Is Rounds free, and do I need an account?
Rounds is completely free and needs no account or signup. Your streak and stats are stored only in your own browser, never on a server.
How often does a new question appear?
A new scenario unlocks at local midnight, every day. Rounds began on August 3, 2026, and the day number counts up from there.
Can I play past days or replay today's question?
You get one attempt per day, like a daily puzzle. Yesterday's scenario, its answer, and the rationale are shown at the bottom of the page once the day has passed.
Does Rounds count for CE credit?
No. Rounds is practice only. It is not an accredited course and does not award continuing education credit or a certification card. For a longer self-check, take a free Trust practice quiz for BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NREMT.
